Should you need to return an item you purchased, please contact us ahead of time to get a Return Authorization Code (RAC). You will be required to pay for shipping on most returns. The following guidelines apply to all returns:

Unopened Kits: We provide a 100% refund of the purchase price if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Opened, But Never Assembled: We provide a refund of up to 100% of the purchase price if returned within 30 days of purchase. The refund may be less than 100% if all materials are not in new condition.

Opened and Assembled: We may provide a refund of 0% to 95% of the purchase price. The percentage will depend upon the condition of the returned merchandise and the date of original purchase.
