Frame and Mechanical Parts: All frames (including nuts, bolts, and screws), other mechanical parts (including gears, belts, chains, and axles), and battery mounts are warrantied for 90 days from date of shipment. Should any frame or frame component or any other mechanical component break or fail under normal, reasonable use, and not from abuse, Robot Objects will replace the component at no cost. The purchaser may be responsible for payment of shipping. Robot Objects reserves the right to require that the customer return the failed component prior to or after replacement. When the component is part of a sub-assembly, Robot Objects reserves the right to replace the entire sub-assembly. Robot Objects may also, at its sole discretion, replace the entire product with an identical or comparable model.

Motors: We hand test ALL motors prior to shipment. Motors are covered by the motor manufacturer's warranty.

Solid Tires and Wheels: Same warranty as the Frame and Mechanical Parts.

Pneumatic (air-filled) Tires and Wheels: Pneumatic tires and wheels are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Other Product Warranties

We also sell products manufactured by other companies. These products are subject to warranties of their respective makers.
